These are the steps to create a CertMetrics account.
CertMetrics is the application that is used to manage certifications, including viewing status, sharing transcripts, and renewing certifications.
Your ID will look something like this - AT00123456.
If you receive a 400 error page when accessing https://cp.certmetrics.com/atlassian/en , try the following
Clearing your cache.
Using Firefox browser.
Using an incognito window in Chrome.
Steps
You will see this login screen
Log in with the email address you intend to have associated with your certification.
If you have an account already, you will be directed to the CertMetrics candidate portal and see the screen below step 6. You may be directed to Atlassian. If that occurs, open a new tab after logging in and reopen https://cp.certmetrics.com/atlassian/en
If you do not have an account already, click on the “Create an Account” link and create an account.
After creating your account, reopen https://cp.certmetrics.com/atlassian/en
When you have an account, you will see this screen when you log in:
After creating an account, you will need to fill in your contact information on the three tabs under “CONTACT INFO”.
